Cerebral Fix reissueCerebral Fix - English thrash/death metal band does not need any special introduction. They became members of the UK thrash metal and death metal scenes by releasing four albums (“Life Sucks... And Then You Die!” 1988, “Tower of Spite” 1990, “Bastards” 1991, “Death Erotica” 1992) before disbanding in 1993. In 2006, the band announced its reformation. In 2007 Metal Mind Productions released a box entitled “Products of Disgust” with the complete discography of Cerebral Fix.
And today Metal Mind Productions presents re-release of the album “Bastards”. Celebral Fix's third studio album was released in 1991 by Roadrunner Records. It featured a guest vocal performance by Blaze Bayley – at the time with Wolfsbane, but soon to be singer with Iron Maiden - and was promoted during a tour with American death metal band, Obituary. New digipack edition includes 7 bonus tracks taken from the bootleg recorded in London. Digitally remastered using 24-Bit process on golden disc, limited to 2000 copies. The re-issue of “Bastards” will be available on 10th November 2008 in Europe and 20th January 2009 in USA (via MVD).

2nd Cypher is coming
Cypher is currently focussing on material for their second album and the new material will certainly hit you like a hammer in the nuts! More brutal, intricate, melodic, yet blunt as hell. The band can’t wait to unleash this monster into the world. No official release date has been set yet, but expect it early 2009! To give all death metal fans a preview of what's to come, Cypher has posted a pre-production version of the song "Then came the flies" at their Myspace page.

Infected Disarray sign to Unique Leader RecordsUK brutal death metallers Infected Disarray have signed a deal with US label Unique Leader Records. The band's debut album, 'Disseminating Obscenity' is set for release in February 2009.  Infected Disarray have been a cult band in the underground since 2000 but left behind their side-project status in recent years to move to the forefront of the UK scene. Moving schizophrenically between savage blasting and moments of crushing heaviness, extremity is the ultimate goal. The group's ranks also include members of Gorerotted, Detrimentum, Beef Conspiracy, Brainchoke and Twitch Of The Death Nerve along with the owners of Grindethic Records.
'Disseminating Obscenity' was mixed by Disavowed's Robbe Kok and features artwork by the band's vocalist, Eddie R. An advance rough mix from the album can be heard here - http://www.grindethic.co.uk/InfectedDisarray-prenatal.mp3

1st ever DVD of Moonspell“Lusitanian Metal”, the first ever DVD of Moonspell, will be unleashed upon mankind on 24th November 2008. And be assured, the wait was worth while, as „Lusitanian Metal“ is doubtlessly one of the most elaborate and most interesting DVDs in metal history. DVD1 features one complete live show recorded live in Katowice in 2004, all video clips (from “Opium” to “Everything Invaded”), an in-depth interview with all current band members and a detailed discography. DVD2 offers an excellent overview on the history of the Portuguese metal institution during its stay on Century Media Records with no less than 50 live tracks, starting with some very old school live rehearsal recordings back in 1992 and ending with the fantastic live appearance of the glorious band known as the mighty Moonspell.
“Lusitanian Metal” will be released in three formats: as a sophisticated limited edition kingsize mediabook with both DVDs as well as a CD with the complete Katowice show as well as a Standard 2DVD in a super jewel case. The CD of the limited edition will be available separately as well.

VADER - Video Footage Of New Lineup Available
Fan-filmed video footage from VADER's current tour with GRAVE, ZONARIA and GILLA BRUJA can be viewed below.

Commented the group's frontman Piotr "Peter" Wiwczarek: "Veni, vidi, vici! VADER is alive and killzzz! After our yesterday show in Turku I'm pretty sure our war machinery works just as perfect as in the past. I would say that every single show we play in this new line up confirms in me a conviction that VADER didn't lose the power. Both Vogg and Pawel are doing simply a great job, it seems like they have been playing with VADER for years! The old songs sound even better and stronger, performed with deadly precision every night."

OSI - new album in spring 2009
Experts consider the music of the creative duo, OSI, a perfect example of inventiveness and innovation. Kevin Moore and Jim Matheos have released two albums to date (Office Of Strategic Influence, 2003, & Free, 2006) and are currently working on their new, as yet untitled third recording, scheduled for release in spring 2009.
Along with Moore and Matheos, the new album will also feature Porcupine Tree drummer Gavin Harrison. In addition, there will be a guest appearance by Mikael Åkerfeldt (Opeth) on 'Stockholm', which the Swede co-composed. Mixing is scheduled to begin in early December with engineer Phil Magnotti.

Hanoi Rocks have decided to break up by the end of the year 2008. Michael Monroe and Andy McCoy feel that they've taken the band as far
as it can go and now wish to go their separate ways. All commitments until the end of the year, including the UK tour starting in London on Halloween, will naturally be honoured. In addition, the band has decided to say farewell to their fans by doing a final tour of Japan in the spring 2009 and immediately thereafter wrapping things up with a few nights at the legendary Tavastia Club in Helsinki, Finland where their career originally got started in the 80's. November 26th will see the timely release of the first ever career-spanning Hanoi Rocks retrospective: a 2-CD set titled "This One's For Rock'n'Roll - The Best Of Hanoi Rocks 1980-2008". The band wishes to thank all their fans, co-workers and business
partners for their continued love and support throughout the years.

Dies Irae DVD+CD - release date movedAs previously announced Metal Mind Productions will release a new title by Dies Irae. “The Art of an Endless Creation” is comprised of a DVD featuring a great gig the band played in 2005 at the Metalmania Festival in Katowice, Poland as also of the band’s last and, at the same time, most successful album “Sculpture of Stone” from 2004. The DVD also includes: bonus video clips “Lion of Knowledge” and “The Art of an Endless Creation”, a bootleg from a gig the band played as part of Empire Invasion Tour 2004 (at which they joined forces with Vitek (RIP): the drummer of another first league death metal act Decapitated), bonus audio (featuring, among others, Dies Irae’s complete demo “Fear of God” from 1996), Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround Sound and more!
“The Art of an Endless Creation” has to be treated as a tribute release to Krzysztof "DOC" Raczkowski – former member of Vader and one of the most talented drummers in the history of metal. His sudden death back in 2005 was a shock to many of his friends and fans around the world. Now with this new release we have a chance to see Doc’s incredible talent again….
